1. Acceptance of these terms
By using this website, contacting the business, creating an account or placing a Capital Online Shopping request, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant service.
2. About the services
Capital Distributor presents and provides pharmacy distribution services. Capital Online Shopping is a shopping-coordination and delivery service that allows customers to request items from one or multiple third-party shops. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Capital Online Shopping is not the manufacturer of the goods purchased from those shops.
3. Accounts and customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact, item, shop and delivery-location information.
- Keep account credentials and verification codes confidential.
- Review item details, quantities, substitutions, prices and confirmations carefully.
- Be available to answer reasonable rider or support questions during the order.
- Do not use the service for unlawful, dangerous, fraudulent or restricted activity.
4. Orders, prices and availability
A request is subject to rider availability, shop operating hours, product availability and service-area coverage. Shop prices may change and may differ from estimates. Where practical, the rider or support team will seek customer confirmation before completing a purchase, particularly where a price, quantity or substitute differs from the request.
5. Delivery charges
- Up to 1 km from the customer’s delivery location: PKR 200.
- Over 1 km and up to 2 km: PKR 350.
- Over 2 km: PKR 500, subject to service-area availability.
- Any number of shops may be included, but the farthest selected shop determines the applicable distance tier for the complete request.
6. Payments
The estimated shopping amount may be required in advance and shopping will not begin until that payment is verified. Final receipts will be used to calculate any refund or additional customer-approved amount. Available payment methods may include cash on delivery and manually confirmed Easypaisa or JazzCash transfers. A payment is not treated as received until it is verified. Any cash-on-delivery surcharge, gateway charge or other applicable amount should be shown or communicated before final confirmation.
7. Cancellations, failed deliveries and refunds
Cancellation may be limited once a rider has started shopping or an item has been purchased. The customer may remain responsible for purchased goods, delivery effort or non-refundable shop charges. Refund eligibility depends on the order stage, payment method, shop policy, product condition and applicable consumer law. Each case will be reviewed on its facts.
8. Restricted and regulated items
We may refuse any request involving illegal, unsafe, age-restricted or otherwise regulated goods. Prescription medicines may require a valid prescription and may only be sourced where lawful. Pharmacy distribution and retail transactions remain subject to applicable licensing, storage and product rules.
9. Third-party shops and product issues
Products are generally supplied by independent shops. Product authenticity, quality, warranty, return eligibility and shop pricing may depend on the selected shop and manufacturer. We will provide reasonable assistance with a reported issue but do not replace rights that a customer may have against a seller or manufacturer under applicable law.
10. Delivery estimates and service interruptions
Times, routes and availability are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, shop delays, customer response time, item availability, safety conditions or technical problems. We may suspend, refuse or reschedule a request where reasonably necessary.
11. Liability and consumer rights
To the extent permitted by law, the service is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Users should keep receipts and promptly report material order issues.
12. Governing law, changes and contact
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan and the Province of Punjab. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts or authorities with jurisdiction. We may update these terms as the service develops. Questions may be sent to capitaldistributor123@gmail.com or 0321-5980855.
