Delivery charges
One clear rate for your complete request.
Choose as many shops as you need. The charge is based on the farthest selected shop from the customer’s delivery location—not on the number of shops.
Up to 1 km
PKR 200
Unlimited shops within the 1 km range.
Over 1 km to 2 km
PKR 350
Applied when the farthest selected shop is within 2 km.
Over 2 km
PKR 500
Applied when any selected shop is more than 2 km away.
Example: if one shop is within 1 km but another selected shop is over 1 km, the higher applicable distance rate will be charged for the complete request.
Shopping advance & rider cash wallet
Customer funds are verified. Rider exposure stays controlled.
The estimated shopping amount is collected in advance before purchasing begins. A separate Rider Cash Wallet rule prevents a rider from accepting a cash-liability order without enough available balance.
Customer shopping advance
Verify funds before shopping starts.
Customer pays the estimated shopping amount in advance.
Admin verifies the payment before the order can be assigned.
The verified purchase amount is allocated for the shopping request.
Receipts are used to refund any balance or request an approved top-up.
